HR Coordinator

The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible HR Coordinator to join its busy Human Resources team.

The successful candidate will have experience in maternity, paternity and parental leave, flexible working request, previous experience in end to end recruitment and payroll administration.  There may also be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to take a step up in their HR career and develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a small, but very supportive team. You should have experience of working in a generalist HR role alongside experience of the administration and implementation of ER policies.

To be considered for this position you will already have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) and a level 3 HR qualification.
