As a USP teacher, you will be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability and desire to motivate students and provide a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience.  If you have a passion for Music and want the opportunity to use that subject knowledge and expertise to help young people achieve their future career aspirations, then we want to invest in you.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a high quality workforce to help our students reach their full potential. We are looking for innovative curriculum staff who want to work in an environment where staff and students are given the opportunity to inspire and grow.

USP College (Palmer’s campus) are seeking to appoint a committed and motivated Teacher of Music to join us immediately. The successful candidate will have a subject degree; ideally have experience of teaching in the post-16 sector with a teaching qualification.

We do welcome and encourage applications from all levels of experience.   We are keen to invest in and support the development and well-being of our staff no matter what stage of their career. USP staff have access to a broad range of opportunities to further develop their practice.   At USP we can boast that we give our teachers weekly opportunities to engage in professional development, in order to stimulate progressive approaches to inspire and challenge our students.

As a prospective member of the Creative and Digital team at the Palmer’s campus, you should be a subject specialist who will inspire and motivate your students to exceed their aspirations. You will be able to build positive relationships with young people and support them to achieve their long term career goals.  You will be able to use your expertise and emotional intelligence to unlock barriers to your students’ progress and provide the tools, support and challenge they need to go forwards.
