USP College are currently recruiting for a learning consultant to work in our Study Plus Centre, ensuring the centre is fully utilised and meeting the needs of learners with ALS needs.

As a learning consultant you will work alongside learners, academic staff and support staff to offer individualised and appropriate support for learners. You will help raise awareness across the College Group of the Study Plus Centre.

You will be a team player who is highly organised and can work calmly under pressure, you will have a friendly disposition and will be able to identify additional learner support needs.

Applicants must have an empathetic approach and be able to work flexibly. You will be a good communicator, confident in supporting students to attain their learning outcomes and with the ability to develop a professional rapport with young people between 16-24 years. The role is an ideal introduction to a career in education and the successful candidate will be offered regular professional development to support them in their role.

You will be an enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference to the teaching and learning experience provided at USP College. Helping to create a supportive, immersive and creative learning environment with the ability and desire to motivate students to achieve the highest possible learning outcomes is essential.
