Head of Community & Cultural Learning

The role:

To provide outstanding leadership in the development, planning and monitoring of the community and cultural pathways provision across the service. You will lead on the community and cultural pathways strategy including family learning.

You will lead the department to respond to changing external needs and ensure the curriculum offer is relevant, current and meets the internal business planning needs and growth targets.

About you:

With demonstrable experience of leadership and management in an education environment and understanding of community provision and demonstrable experience in meeting and/or exceeding key targets in relation to learner outcomes and a degree or professional qualification in a chosen subject relevant to the area.  A recognised teaching qualification at level 5 is also essential.
