Work Experience Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Leeds City College’s Careers, Work Experience & Progression team as a Work Experience Coordinator to work as part of a team to source and co-ordinate work experience placements for students at Leeds City College and for Year 10 students at White Rose Academies Trust schools.

This will include liaising with employers to source placements, working in partnership with curriculum staff to ensure placements meet requirements, delivering information sessions to students and answering student queries regarding work experience.

You will also carry out health and safety checks with employers so will need to either hold, or be willing to work towards, an IOSH qualification.

The post holder needs to be able to develop effective relationships with employers, colleagues and students, work to targets in a fast paced environment, and have excellent IT and administrative skills.
