Employability Co-Ordinator X 2

The Leicestershire College’s Careers and Employability team are looking to appoint two new Employability Coordinators.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a highly driven team who is continuing to expand its support learners.

As an employability coordinator you will be undertaking a highly varied role, which can include completing business development, organising placements and delivering employability sessions to learners.

You will have responsibility for a particular curriculum area, and have the opportunity to engage with both employers, learners and fellow college staff. The successful candidate will have an excellent ability to manage high caseloads and be driven in ensuring learners are supported into a positive destination.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Level 3 in Award & Education training (formally PTTLLs Level 3) and have experience of working in an educational setting with young people. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
