Admissions Delivery Manager

We have an exciting new position for an Admissions Delivery Manager to join our existing Advice and Admissions Team within Activate Learning.

As part of this role you will manage the operational delivery of the campus based Advice Centres and Reception areas, ensuring they are customer-friendly and students can access Information and Guidance (IAG). You will support the training and performance management of the receptionists and admissions advisers within Berkshire. Travel across the Berkshire colleges is essential.

What do you need to be successful?

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience of leading a high-performing customer-facing service, preferably in an educational environment. Previous experience of managing advice and admissions services will be an advantage. You will work closely with the Group Head of Advice and Admissions to evolve the Activate Learning service standards to ensure they are met and exceeded.

What are the benefits of this role?

This is a permanent full-time role (37 hours per week), based predominantly in Reading College (regular travel to all Berkshire operational sites is a requirement) with a salary of £33,511 per annum.  There will be a requirement for occasional travel to sites across the Activate Learning campuses. This role enjoys 35 days annual leave inclusive of three efficiency days over the festive period, plus eight days as recognised for Bank Holidays.
