Fixed Term - One year contract
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Registry team at CU London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to students and academic staff throughout the student life cycle, ensuring that the Registry team delivers an effective, timely and customer focused service.
This is a demanding and hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with outstanding support and administrative skills. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team. The ability to effectively decipher and interpret regulations and policies is crucial.
You should have a good general education, excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure being essential for the role. You should also have experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally in Higher Education in a previous administrative role.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this may include evenings and Saturdays.
