The programme area of Sport and Leisure is based at the HUB and offers a wide range of provision including the curriculum offer, ranging from level 1 to level three, aimed at learners 16-18yrs.

We are seeking an experienced and organised Sport and Exercise Lecturer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will hold an appropriate Sport and Exercise qualification at degree level or above and hold a teaching qualification or be working towards one, with the ability to teach across a range of levels in Further Education. 

Experience of working in the sport and fitness industry would be advantageous in addition to holding an assessor qualification. You must hold a recognised Level 2 fitness instructing qualification and Level 3 personal training. Gym instructors and Personal trainers would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with the ability to contribute to all aspects of the planning and successful delivery of our provision.  Some course leadership duties may be required.
