Within our Printworks Campus, we are looking for a Student Development and Progression Programme Manager to support our vision of an excellent student learning experience.
We are looking for an individual who has a natural can do attitude, will embrace change and empower staff and students to achieve outstanding progress.
You will be self motivated and have a passion for learning and making a real difference to young people. The role will have a focus on attendance, behavioural, pastoral, maths and English achievement and welfare issues, in order to maximise the learning opportunities and ultimately outcomes for our learners.
You will have experience of managing a team and dealing with complex education needs, as you’ll need to connect with our young people – understanding what makes them unique and working to make a real difference to their social and emotional development.
