Exams Manager

The Examinations Team are responsible for all matters relating to the students' outcomes – obtaining information from Faculties, registration of students with awarding bodies, entering students for exams, running of the exams, processing of results and providing examination data as required.  An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Exams Manager (Oxfordshire) to join our busy team. The core role involves managing and leading the examinations officers and supporting the smooth running of all examination processes within our Oxfordshire College sites (City of Oxford College, Technology Campus in Blackbird Leys and Banbury & Bicester College.

You will have excellent organisational and teamwork skills, and a high level of customer service skills to enable you to communicate effectively with all our customers. Previous experience and confidence in using a large data base is essential. Strong IT skills and the ability to use all Microsoft programmes including Outlook, Excel and Word are essential. Management experience within an educational environment is desirable, as the ability to manage and lead a team across sites will be a core role. The ability to use your own initiative, and be friendly and confident in dealing with day to day systems, procedures and students is essential.

Travel across our Oxfordshire sites is a requirement for this role.
