We require a new permanent member of staff in the role of: Course Leader – Chartered Manager Institute (CMI) Programmes.
The post will involve managing a team of tutors and a teaching commitment on the
CMI programme.
Applicants should have a minimum of a Master’s Degree or equivalent industrial experience in the relevant subject. Experience of teaching and supervising student project work would be essential, as would possession of a recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to gain one). It is expected that applicants have CMI Chartered Manager status and have experience of leading and teaching on CMI programmes.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to communicate with students, tutors, employers and academia at all levels.
Duties include teaching on and preparing materials for a range of undergraduate and/or professional programmes. You will also provide support to senior academics for module delivery and assessment as well as Outreach activities and Open Days.
