Head of Marketing

It is an exciting time for us here at CU, based in Coventry. We have now moved into a new campus, as part of the exciting opportunity to bring high-quality, low-cost 'life-shaped' education. As a separate legal entity and therefore distinct from Coventry University, CU’s key features include amongst other things, a flexible approach to studying up to degree level with no end of year exams.  The CU offering includes campuses in Coventry, Scarborough, and London (Dagenham).

CU Marketing are seeking a talented Head of Marketing who will be responsible for creating and delivering a CU-wide marketing strategy and subsequent marketing plans.  You will need to work closely with senior staff across all three campuses and marketing staff across the institution to help to establish and deliver on a clear direction for CU and its individual campuses.  

You will need to be a proactive, credible and informed leader, operating at a level that inspires confidence and trust. While we are looking for individuals with a broad range of marketing skills, we are also looking for intelligent people who are keen to learn new things and who can inspire and coordinate others. You don't necessarily need to have worked in Higher Education, but you do need a passion for it. Your day-to-day activity will sometimes be hectic, but you will be surrounded by individuals who are enthusiastic and proactive.
