Lettings Officer

We are seeking to appoint an individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact for all commercial and community bookings of the College facilities.  Working across our two sites at Uxbridge and Hayes, you would be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting with clients interested in booking facilities and organising contracts for all bookings. 

• You should be qualified to ‘A’ Level or equivalent and will have good administrative skills gained within a busy, customer-focused environment.  
• You should have strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritise, plan and organise your workload effectively.  
• You should be able to work flexibly as working hours will include some evenings and possible weekends. 

You should have experience of communicating effectively with a wide range of people from different social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and have a good understanding of and commitment to Equality and Diversity policies and practices.
