Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England and we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Estates and Facilities team here at York.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, this role is an integral part of the team as a key point of contact for staff, students and contractors for the estates and facilities service.
The role will provide administrative support for various areas of the estates and facilities department including: financial reporting, estate data collation and analysis, purchase order administration, contractor administration, report writing and estates data base administration.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a competent administrator with excellent organisational skills and experience working in a busy environment. Experience working in facilities or estates would be advantageous however it is not essential as full training will be given.
