Administrator (North Lindsey College)

You will be required to provide a high level efficient, confidential and comprehensive administrative and operational support service to the department, in line with service level agreements and performance standards.

You will be expected to undertake general administrative duties, a wide and varied range of record keeping tasks, produce documents and perform reception duties. Such support will include, working closely with colleagues in other departments to implement an effective cross-departmental approach to employer engagement. You will ensure that Work Placement databases and any records relating to the role are kept updated and all work placement internal processes are implemented consistently and to a high standard.

In addition, to support the Work Placement Coordinators and attend recruitment events and business networks on behalf of the college.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths and 2 other GCSE subjects, a level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent and a level 2 ICT qualification.
