EHCP Team Leader

We are currently looking for an EHCP Team Leader who has an up-to-date working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCPs and young people with SEND.

The successful candidates will provide line management and leadership to a team of EHCP Coordinators. The Team Leader will set the direction for the day-to-day running of this increasingly complex area of work within the College.  Supporting the SEND Manager, the EHCP Team Leader will oversee the standardisation of the completion of Annual Reviews and will manage the formal consultations for new admissions.

A Vocational or Academic qualification at Level 3, and Maths and English at Level 2 is essential for the role, with a Degree of equivalent Higher Level qualification being desirable.
