Group IT Service Desk Manager
Luminate Education Group consists of Leeds City College, Keighley College, Leeds College of Music, The White Rose Academies Trust (WRAT) and recently Harrogate College.
The Luminate Education Group are looking to recruit an excellent customer focused individual to manage the Group IT Service Desk. The role will lead and manage the ITSS Service Desk team prioritising service requests, providing initial support and taking ownership until resolution on behalf of the customer in line with service level standards. An individual with excellent customer and communication skills is required to join an outstanding IT department within the Luminate Education Group.
