Head of Projects

As Head of Projects you will be responsible for the management of a selection of these projects and related employability programmes. This includes building and managing relationships with 3rd party providers, ensuring excellence in the delivery of project outcomes and financial performance.

What will you need to be successful?

You will have a track record of working within the sector and managing high value projects with demanding performance targets whilst also having a clear understanding of the needs of the project participants. It’s essential that you are commercially astute with the ability to work in a large team. As Activate Learning lead and deliver a number of European Social Fund (ESF) projects across Oxfordshire including Skills Support for the Unemployed, Removing Barriers to Employment, Back on Track (NEETs), Skills Support for the Workforce and the Work and Health Programme, experience within this would be incredibly beneficial.
