We are seeking an experienced teacher and manager to lead on the delivery and development of our Foundation Learning programmes for students with learning disabilities and difficulties.

You will be passionate about the learning of young people and strive to help them to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their future study, independence and employment. You will be able to inspire and motivate our students and make a significant contribution to our successful programmes.

The role has two aspects, responsibility for the delivery and management of programmes for Rural Pathway students and for Supported Internships.

As well as a competitive salary, there are 37 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, child care voucher scheme and free on-site parking.
