We are currently looking for a strong administrator who will provide reception, administrative and secretarial support to the Curriculum staff and team, including the Hawbush Campus Administration Team as required. 

Duties will include general administration, such as typing of letters, reports, student reports, production of class lists and mail shots etc. processing orders, photocopying etc.

You will also be expected to deal with telephone and personal enquiries regarding course information, taking messages from students who call in absent, passing on appropriate messages; following these up, and dealing with student enquiries as and when necessary.

NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent is a minimum essential requirement for this role
