Salary: £21,044 to £22,910 Actual salary for 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year to cover term times
We are seeking a pro-active and caring individual to join our friendly team within the School of Foundation Learning and Art, based at Harrow Weald Campus. You will be a key member of the School providing Behaviour Management and Social Skills development to our Students with special educational needs.The role will involve carrying out one to one interviews with learners with EHCPs and creating individualised learning plans.
You should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with SEN learners, assisting them with behavioural support and social skills. Ideally you will have experience of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and have the ability to work effectively with the learners and wider team to create positive intervention programmes to maximise learners’ potential.
