Fixed Term (31 July 2021)

Harrogate College is situated in the town of Harrogate and serves the district within North Yorkshire.  The vision for the college is to be the provider of choice for technical and vocational education in the Harrogate District. This vision will be built on high quality education delivered by industry trained professionals to meet the needs of the community it serves.

To support our journey to be an outstanding College we are looking for a Performance and Projects Coordinator to be a key a role in driving the overall performance of the college where our students dare to dream, have a great time and progress to work or further study. This is an interesting and diverse role that will require the successfully applicant to work across the college with curriculum and business service areas, to use data intelligently to shape behaviours, drive customer service and the college values through everything we do and support the college to adapt quickly to meet the needs of its stakeholders.

The role will require the person to be confident in their ability to work across the college with all levels of the organisation, take the lead and drive projects and feel comfortable working with stakeholders from industry, the local authority and schools. There will be a strong network around the successful applicant, but the ability to feel comfortable with being autonomous in the role would suit the successful applicant.
