A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the post of Projects Facilitator to support learning projects across USP College within Health & Social Care, Early Years, which includes supporting students and delivering classroom based activities as well as facilitation of independent study, together with monitoring progress. Working closely with the class teacher to maintain the highest standards, assisting within the curriculum area to contribute to the realisation of the Corporation’s Mission Statement for the College.

The successful candidates will support student learning, therefore the ability to motivate and encourage learners is essential.

The successful candidates will be qualified to either A Level or degree level, have excellent communication skills, Health & Safety knowledge, together with a positive attitude and desire to work in education.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability and drive to motivate students and provide a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience.
