We are currently seeking a Pastoral Support Officer who will provide support to all Construction, Engineering and Science students who are at risk of not achieving their full potential and will ensure swift interventions are taken to support students to be successful.

The successful candidate will contribute to the College’s overall responsibilities for supporting students’ personal development, behaviour and welfare and will promote the improvement of student attendance and punctuality, whilst working with tutors, Curriculum Managers and Heads of Clusters.

It is essential that you have experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour and have GCSE A* - C in English and Maths qualifications (Grades 9 – 4) or equivalent.
