Project Quality Lead

About the Role:

Activate Learning has recently been successful in securing a number of new contracts to provide support to those seeking employment and also those wishing to develop their skills whilst in work. These contracts cover all of Oxfordshire and will run from April 2019 to July 2021. Working with selected partners, local authorities, employers, DWP and OXLEP these programmes aim to improve the life aspirations of all involved.

Would you like to be an integral part of these fantastic and rewarding new projects?  We have a range of roles from project leadership and quality control to teaching and coaching. These roles may be offered on a variety of terms such as full time, part time and hourly paid basis, and will be based out of either our Banbury or Oxford campuses. 

We are looking for a Project Quality Lead to have responsibility for overall quality, compliance and process throughout the designated project.

This will include:

• Supporting team members to produce quality paperwork.
• Working closely with the team leader to ensure a cohesive approach to project targets.
• Adopt and review policies and procedures.
• Review the quality of service being delivered by Coaches and Trainers.
• Ensure compliance across the entire project.

This role is being offered on a fixed term basis until the end of the contract (July 2021) and is funding dependent.
