Sous Chef

We are looking to expand our onsite hospitality provision and with 400 acres of stunning landscape, it makes it one of the best locations for events in the Thames valley. 

This beautiful environment is available to hire, catering for Birthday parties, Weddings, Festivals, Conference and Business parties. With its additional corporate activities available we aim to match the food and refreshments for the total package.  It is a great time to join our team during this time of expansion and development of our catering department.

The ideal candidate needs to be trained to at least level 2/3 or equivalent and experienced in producing consistent great quality food. The food offer ranges from BBQ's to buffets, banquets to 3 course meals.

In this role you will be part of a growing team providing hospitality events catering onsite.  You will work alongside the Group Chef Development Manager and onsite Chef Manager in creating new ideas and develop the hospitality offer to increase the turnover

Other duties will include supporting the teams between our other local Surrey sites, and assisting in developing the food offer in those areas. This might be one day training staff on new dishes, covering in the chef managers absence or working on organisation wide events. A driving licence would be an advantage for this role, but not essential.

Salary negotiable and will depend on experience.
