About the role

A Lecturer for the Business Administration team, specifically for study programmes and professional courses in Business & Administration, including marketing

Responsibilities include development and delivery of bespoke courses, based on employer and local area needs. Communicating with learners, team members and reporting to Curriculum Area Manager.

Use online systems for monitoring, marking and feeding back information to learners and team members.

About you

We are looking for a good team player who has a desire to motivate learners to succeed with their studies, promote and develop courses for employers and study programmes.  With a strong track record of working in education, you will have the ability to implement learning plans, complete internal verification, meet deadlines and seek opportunities to expand provision within the Business Administration team.

The qualifications deemed essential for the post are a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C) The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential for the post.

As a learning organisation and as part of our commitment to your continued professional development we may require you to complete an apprenticeship standard or framework that relates to this opportunity.
