Regional Student Recruitment Officer - (London/North/Midlands/East/Ireland)
Full Time, Term Time Only (0.89 Proportional Post)
We have an exciting opportunity in our recruitment team; we are looking for a Regional Student Recruitment Officer to help develop and build our national profile to the undergraduate and postgraduate markets.
Working with the Student Recruitment Operations Manager, and the wider recruitment team, this role will focus on building and reporting outreach activities and relationships with our feeder schools in the regional areas of London, The North, The Midlands, The East and Ireland.
You will be highly organised, possess strong networking skills, be confident, a self-motivator and have excellent time management skills. You will be enthusiastic about recruiting students to Plymouth College of Art, have an ideas focused outlook and have excellent communication skills. An interest in education and progression will be advantageous.
You will be required to coordinate, plan and attend all regional recruitment events so confidence and experience in speaking to groups of people will be beneficial. If you have previously studied at a creative university or art school that would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.
The post holder must live in one of the above regions in order to build crucial regional relationships and will be expected to report to the main office in Plymouth on a monthly basis. The role is term time only to reflect schools opening times, but will be required to work 2 weeks in the summer holidays to work on planning and preparations for the following academic year.
