ICT Services Manager

Solihull College & University Centre is looking for a Service Manager to join our committed IT team to ensure the IT service continues to deliver a high-quality experience to all College stakeholders.

You will have relevant service management experience within a professional context or a relevant degree qualification.

This role requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as it involves collaborative working with College stakeholders at all levels.

You will have line management and budget management responsibilities and will be expected to deputise for the IT Director where required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading College during a period of technological change as we continue our journey into server-based computing and cloud technologies.

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the College's IT service.

The position is based at our Blossomfield Campus with responsibilities for supporting the Stratford-upon-Avon and Woodlands sites therefore travel between locations is expected.
