The Safeguarding Team is looking for a resilient Student Support Adviser to work with students across the college sites of Ludlow College and County Training for the successful delivery of health and welfare services and strategies for students.  This exciting post will assist with managing a caseload of support, advisory and information services to students and continuously seek to improve the health and well-being of students, for the benefit of those learners and towards college retention targets.  Working with staff, Safeguarding Coordinator and other Student Support Advisers will be key parts of the role.

The successful applicant must possess the drive and enthusiasm for such a pivotal role and have experience of providing health and welfare related services in a large organisation and with a range of client groups within a solutions-focused approach.  A proven track record of working with multi-agencies to help young people succeed is a must.
