Head of Business Development & Commercial

Reaseheath Group is the largest provider of Land Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning in the country with over 1500 apprentices operating from Reaseheath College and DART Ltd with bases in Cheshire and Derbyshire.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Employer and Business Solutions management team.  This is a senior role within the Group and offers a significant opportunity for the right person.  This role will have overall responsibility for business engagement, promoting our range of Apprenticeships and commercial offer including business training solutions to employers resulting in improved industry partnerships, growth of provision and enhanced business performance.

This is an exciting, challenging position for a proven Senior Business Development professional with both commercial and apprenticeship industry experience.  Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to develop and deliver tailored employer-focused solutions are essential.  As is a proven ability to lead, develop and manage a remote team, practical experience of successful bid writing and excellent IT skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a Group business development team across two locations in Cheshire and Derbyshire, so regular travel between both sites is required.
