We are looking for suitably experienced individuals to be responsible for providing appropriate support to individual learners to join our bank of Learning Support Assistants and support our existing team. You will work as part of a team contributing to the learning process, encouraging students to work independently and productively.

You will contribute to a programme of activities and support designed to remove barriers to learning, assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, encourage active participation in learning to support retention and achievement.

Applicants should have experience of working with students with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities and good written and oral communications skills at GCSE level or equivalent.

The roles are initially temporary until December 2019 with an opportunity for the contract to be extended until June 2020 for the right candidates.
