We are currently seeking to appoint a Contracts and Projects Administrator. This role will support the Business and Partnerships Manager and the Contracts and Projects Co-ordinator within the Workforce Development Department, in the administration of contracts relating to sub-contracted and partnership provision. This role will also assist with the monitoring of these contracts against agreed targets, as well as reporting on new bidding opportunities for the college.
The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of level 2 standard and will have excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office. They must have good attention to detail as well as excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Although not essential, an understanding of the legalities relating to sub-contracting arrangements and experience of working within an audit and/or contract administration role would be a great advantage.
