Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a Careers Coordinator who shares this commitment.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Careers Coordinator to join our dynamic Student Services Team. The role will involve providing individual careers guidance to meet a client’s needs, group work and progression activities. The Careers Coordinator will also be responsible for working with the Student Services management and curriculum teams at the college to achieve the Gatsby Good Careers Guidance benchmarks.
The successful candidate will have a level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance or equivalent. You will also have recent experience of working in an education setting and an up to date knowledge of all post 18 options, including familiarity with the HE and an understanding of the widening participation agenda. Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills will equip you to work well as part of the Careers team.
