Customer Services Assistant (Learning Resources)
Status: Casual up to 21 hours a week, term time only
(Required until December 2019 with a possibility of extension)
Reaseheath College Library is looking to appoint a temporary Customer Services Assistant to help the team provide an outstanding experience of the library to students & staff.
The role will focus on providing excellent customer service and essential routine frontline assistance to students and staff by undertaking tasks such as assisting with and promoting digital resources and Office 365; issuing, returning and shelving stock; and supervising users to ensure that an appropriate learning environment is maintained.
The successful candidate will be a friendly and confident person with excellent customer care skills, experience with IT applications and the ability to work accurately. You should have minimum level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English, or equivalent. Previous experience of working in a library would be an advantage but is not essential.
