 Total hours per week: 40.00

Within your role you will provide assistance to our team of Internal Sales Representatives. Delivering a service to meet their needs to help sustain and grow our level of Customer Service

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out daily administrative tasks
• To respond professionally to any customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Deal with customer orders and quotations, handling any enquires and processing them within Sage ERP
• Create new stock codes within Sage ERP as required
• Liaise with other departments where necessary
• Support Internal sales staff
• Maintain the ERP and CRM database as required

Desired skills

• IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel Numerate, good communication & organisational skills

Personal qualities

• Good telephone manner
• Keen attention for detail
• Ability to absorb information & learn

Desired qualifications

• GCSE 9-3/A-D in maths and English or equivalent is required
• Studying or an interest in Science would be advantageous
