As the College embarked upon on an exciting and ambitious journey to be an outstanding provider, the College is searching for a highly motivated and quality focused Deputy Head of Apprenticeships. Our managers work with few rules but clear boundaries and enjoy autonomy to independently lead and shape their areas of responsibility. We are looking for an individual with a background in managing apprenticeship provision including quality process and employer engagement. They will embrace change and provide strong operational and developmental leadership that empowers our staff and students to achieve outstanding outcomes.
