Industry Placement Coordinator
The College is looking for an Industry Placement Co-ordinator to join their team.
The role of the co-ordinator is to engage with employers in order to source high quality work experience placements for technical level students at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College Group and to see students through their placements to successful completion.
Requirements for the role:
- Educated to at least level 3 / ’A levels’
- Similar experience in a work experience placement / employer liaison / assessment role
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities for the role:
- To engage with external employers in order to source high quality work experience (WE) placements for students undertaking technical level qualifications
- To support learners on placement to ensure they complete their placement in line with technical level requirements
- Undertake employer visits in order to ascertain if potential placements are suitable for students and in line with college standards
