Inverness College is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational individuals to support students throughout their learner journey.

Inverness College UHI is fast becoming one of Scotland’s top performing colleges with student outcomes being among the best nationally. We are recruiting a new team of Personal Development Advisers to support students throughout their learning journeys from pre-entry to positive destinations.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the lives of our learners and to make a real difference. We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, inspirational individuals who will bring empathy and understanding to the variety of challenges individuals may face during their studies.

Successful candidates will need to motivate, encourage and bring energy to the delivery of our support service and will have an aptitude for building positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.
