Student Services Adviser Apprentice

Fixed Term for 24 Months

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Adviser Apprentice to join our Student Support Department here at Newton Rigg, our campus is set in the heart of Cumbria surrounded by breath-taking fields and farms, it is at the centre of the community.  It trains and develops a wide range of learners from the county and across the country.  This role will be working 37 hours per week.

We are looking for the successful candidate to achieve a Level 3 Qualification in either Business Administration or Customer Service through Carlisle College.

Educated to GCSE Grade 4 in English and Maths. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.  We are looking for a Candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service focused, enthusiasm towards learning new skills, ability to work independently without supervision and be able to develop a rapport with young people.
