Vine are seeking to recruit a Trainer within the department of Foundation Studies. Vine delivers bespoke education programmes to learners aged 16 to 25 years with complex needs and disabilities. Many of our learners use alternative communication or use vocalisations rather than speech. Some may display behaviour which others may view as challenging. All of our learners will need some level of support throughout their lives. Your role as a trainer is to deliver sessions which ensure the learner develops the skills to be as independent as they can be and achieve their potential.
