Work is in progress to open a new Higher Education centre in 2019 which will provide innovative learning spaces to meet our growing HE offer.

Keighley College is a member of the Luminate Education group.

As a workshop Facilitator / Technician the post holder will have responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the curriculum workshop areas as assigned by the line manager ensuring that the learners experience is both positive and rewarding. To meet this aim it is essential the post holder has a clear commitment to providing high quality support to our learners and staff. Working with teaching and learning staff the post holder will also provide engineering workshop support, assessment and supervision to students engaged in practical subjects, covering hand fitting, turning and milling, (CNC skills would be an advantage), both on an individual and group basis, ensuring provision is learner focused, and that learners are able to undertake workshop duties in a safe and supervised environment.
