AAT Accountancy Trainer

A great opportunity has arisen for an AAT Accountancy Trainer to join Engage Training the commercial arm of Bridgend College.

The department is expanding to enhance its skills solutions programme to meet the business needs of employers across the region.

Some of the key duties include:

• Delivery of AAT Level 2 qualifications in accordance with the awarding body requirements 
• Competence in Accountancy up to level 4 is essential 
• PGCE/CertEd desirable but not essential
• Providing specialist advice relating to Accountancy 
• To keep accurate records (manual or computerised) of student attendance and data.

Trainers required to work on an evening basis. Sessions to be run for a full academic year per annum. Flexible options available

Essential Criteria:

• Level 4 Qualification in Accountancy 
• Good interpersonal/ communication skills.
• Awareness of Health and Safety issues with regard to own duties and conduct.

Prif Ddyletswyddau:

• Cyflwyno hyfforddiant am gymwysterau AAT lefel 2 yn gytundeb gyda gofynion y corff gwobrwyo
• Gallu mewn cyfrifeg hyd at lefel 4 yn hanfodol.
• TAR/Tystysgrif mewn addysg yn ddymunol ond nid hanfodol
• Darparu cyngor arbenigol yn berthnasol i gyfrifeg 
• I gadw cofnodion cywir (ar bapur neu ddigidol) o bresenoldeb a data myfyrwyr.

Mae gofyn i hyfforddwyr gweithio ar sail nos weithiol. Bydd sesiynau yn cael eu cyflwyno trwy'r flwyddyn academaidd gyfan.
