Relief Nursery Assistant

We are looking to appoint an experienced and skilled practitioner for the position of relief nursery assistant at our Hereford Campus. Hours of work will be flexible between Monday to Friday when needed.

You will hold the relevant level 2 qualification or above and assist the nursery manager in the maintenance of a safe and happy learning environment for all children and to ensure continuation of high quality provision in nursery education and HLC.

Key duties include assistance in the development of learning activities and materials to ensure standards of learning are maintained and in compliance with the EYFS, completion of children’s observations and development folders of own key children and effective communication with the room supervisor and colleagues regarding all aspects of children’s care within your room, ensuring all messages are communicated precisely and clearly with staff and parents.
