Student Services Manager (North) - Newton Rigg

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Manager (North) to join our Student Support Department here at Newton Rigg, within spectacular grounds.  This role will be covering Maternity Leave and will be working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to manage the pastoral care of all students at Newton Rigg College and northern centres in Newcastle and Middlesbrough. 

The successful candidate will be Educated to level 3 or above in a relevant subject, with Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy, Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and First Aid qualification.  You will have experience of working with young people in an education or youth work role, have knowledge of legislation relating to Care Standards and have experience and knowledge of office IT systems and have knowledge of HR policies, office administration and budgets.  In return, you will receive a generous holiday allowance, ample free parking, canteen facilities and a range of employee benefits.
