We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Building Officer to join our busy customer focused Estates and facilities department. You will support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being an innovate department in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering small to medium size projects and supporting all aspects of the estates department to included campus, grounds, accommodation, security and helpdesk functions in line with KPIs and SLAs set by the college.
The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by the Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College.
