Are you resourceful and creative? Keen on delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated people to join our Library team and provide first-class support to our learners.
You will deal with a variety of customer enquiries including resource searching and solving basic IT problems. You will liaise with teaching staff to make sure we provide relevant and varying resources and deliver workshops to ensure learners make the most of the resources available to them.
We need excellent communicators with a passion for ensuring that our learners have the best experience possible whilst at Nottingham College.
The successful candidates will have knowledge of current and future trends in Library provision within FE and proven experience of frontline customer service.
