Job Coach (Supported Internship Programme)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and compassionate individual with experience of working with students with complex needs to assist in our Supported Internship Programme, providing a high standard of support to students, with learning difficulties and/or disabilities whilst on work placement and during scheduled teaching and learning sessions. This will include assisting them while travelling to and from their workplace, enabling them to become independent travellers. You will provide support to the students at their place of work assisting them to follow instructions and develop their work skills.  Full training is provided.

Work Placements:

Students will be attending the following work placements:

  • Hairdressing
  • Football Coaching 
  • Ground Maintenance
  • Business Administration 
  • Catering

Contractual Arrangements:

We have a variety of shifts available ranging from 8am to 7pm, and have a range of hours available. Details of your specific availability will be discussed with you at interview.

Interview Arrangements:
