Course Manager – Sport and Public Services

Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Course Manager to join our Sport and Public Services Department here at York, within spectacular grounds. This is a full time permanent role working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will lead on course management and will work closely with the Head of Department and other team members to drive forward quality and ensure high standards within all elements of the study programme.

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject, candidates should hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards. Knowledge of working within a uniformed public service is essential and teaching experience is highly desirable.

Above all, the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst having a student centred and enthusiastic approach.
